Communication Booknotes Quarterly (CBQ) is an annotatedreview service for books, reports, documents, and electronic publications on all aspects of mass communication designed for an audience of scholars and librarians in the United States and around the world.Subject areas of interest include, but are not limited to: advertising, public relations, journalism, telecommunications, media effects, media economics, media regulation and policy, media ethics, critical and cultural studies, popular culture, books and publishing, and film studies. This journal enjoys the talents of a dozen member who make up an active board of contributors. These topical and regional experts share the quarterly production of hundreds of descriptive reviews.
